Terms & Conditions of Use

Welcome to InventIQ. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the InventIQ platform (“the App”), owned and operated by Access Analytic Solutions Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

1. General Information

• Scope of operation: Available internationally to wholesale and distribution businesses that operate a Microsoft Power BI environment.

2. Scope of Use

2.1 Intended users

The App is designed for wholesale and distribution businesses that want to replace manual, spreadsheet-based reorder workflows with an analytical purchase-order workspace connected to their Microsoft Power BI semantic model.

2.2 Services provided

InventIQ offers functionality for supplier-by-supplier reorder point calculation and workspace, supplier settings management, purchase-order export, stock health analysis, ABC-XYZ segmentation, supplier performance measurement, demand forecasting, anomaly detection, and safety-stock optimisation, depending on your subscription tier.

2.3 Restrictions

The App is offered on a subscription basis. Access to specific modules depends on the tier of your subscription. You must have a valid Microsoft 365 identity and access to a Microsoft Power BI workspace containing your inventory semantic model.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account creation

Users must be authorised by their tenant administrator to access the App. Sign-in is provided through Microsoft Entra External ID. Personal and business information is collected during onboarding.

3.2 Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Microsoft identity, including any multi-factor authentication controls established by your organisation. Any activity conducted under your sign-in is your responsibility.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription fees

The App operates on a subscription model. Depending on the plan you choose, subscription fees may be billed monthly or annually. Annual plans are typically offered at a lower effective rate than the monthly equivalent.

4.2 Pricing tiers

Three pricing tiers are available:

• Tier 1 — Operations: Reorder Workspace, Suppliers, and Purchase Order Export
• Tier 2 — Analytics: Everything in Tier 1 plus Stock Health, ABC-XYZ Analysis, Supplier Performance, and Restock Level Review
• Tier 3 — Predictive: Everything in Tier 2 plus Demand Forecasting, Anomaly Detection, and Safety Stock Optimisation

Individual analytics and predictive modules may also be added to a lower subscription tier on a per-module basis.

4.3 Cancellation and refunds

• Subscription fees are payable in advance for the chosen billing period (monthly or annually).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. The service will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a paid billing period, whether monthly or annual.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

5.1 Data accessed

InventIQ reads inventory, sales, purchase order, and supplier data from the Microsoft Power BI semantic model you connect. The data itself remains stored in your own Microsoft tenant.

5.2 Data use

All data accessed by InventIQ is used solely for the purpose of providing the reports, dashboards, and recommendations described in Section 2.2.

5.3 Data processing

Data processing occurs within Microsoft Azure services in the Australia East region. We do not transfer your inventory data to third-party analytics or large-language-model providers.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

Access Analytic Solutions Pty Ltd owns all intellectual property rights to InventIQ and its content, including algorithms, software, dashboards, reports, and documentation.

6.2 Your rights

You retain full ownership of your business data and any purchase orders, reorder plans, or supplier configurations you create using the App. You may use and export outputs generated by the App for your own internal business purposes.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

7.1 Accuracy

InventIQ produces analytical outputs and recommendations based on the data you connect. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any output. You are responsible for reviewing the App’s outputs and applying your own judgment before acting on them.

7.2 Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Access Analytic Solutions Pty Ltd accepts no liability for errors, omissions, or issues arising from the use of the App, including loss of profit, business interruption, or purchase decisions made in reliance on App output.

7.3 Disclaimers

All reports and recommendations produced by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon without your professional judgment and independent verification.

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by us

Your access to the App may be terminated for misuse, non-payment, or breach of these Terms. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

8.2 Termination by you

You may terminate your account at any time and request deletion of your personal information and account configuration. Termination does not automatically delete data stored in your own Microsoft tenant, which remains under your control.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Resolution process

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms should first be raised directly with us at info@inventiq.tech. If the dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be referred to independent arbitration.

9.2 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any court proceedings must be brought in the courts of Western Australia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify users by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
